Thirty-three (33) talented students — from U8 to U20 — representing primary, junior and senior schools across The Bahamas competed in the Bahamas Scholastic Chess Championship (Individuals) at Boost Academy on Sunday!
Each participant battled for top rankings in their age category, with a chance to earn a spot on the Junior National Chess Team. 
Students who lead their divisions are now one step closer to representing The Bahamas at the Pan American Chess Tournament in Peru, happening July 26 – August 3!
